The Federal Youth Court Program is funded by
the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention
(OJJDP) Office of Justice
Programs, U.S.
Department of Justice in collaboration with the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration (NHTSA),
U.S. Department of
Transportation; and the
Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools (OSDFS),
U.S. Department of
Education. As part of the Federal Youth Court Program, the
National Council of
Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) serves as a central point of
contact for youth court programs across the nation, provides informational
services, delivers training and technical assistance, and develops resource
materials on how to develop and enhance youth court programs in the United
States.
